Our agency has a database of contacts or contracts with corporate tenants, embassies and foreign missions who seek apartments and houses for foreign managers and/or employees of foreign embassies and missions who come to work temporarily in the Republic of Croatia.
The lease term is usually 12 months or longer, but often depends on the lessee’s needs and arrangement.
It is important to mention that certain conditions need to be fulfilled for your apartment to be taken into consideration and registered in our lease database:

• The apartment must be modern, fully furnished with new furniture and well maintained
• The kitchen must be equipped with modern and functional appliances, dishes and all necessary utensils for food preparation
• The real estate must have a parking space or private garage, unless the client expressly requests a location in the city centre
• Apartments in parts of town with good transport connections are usually more in demand, as well as those close to the company or institutions where the foreign manager/employee will be working
• The required minimum is a comfortable 2-bedroom apartment or larger
• The lessor must also provide maintenance of the apartment during the lease term
