- if your real estate has problems with moisture, structural problems or you are in need of an expert proposal of possible upgrades to improve the standing or your real estate in the buyers' eyes, we suggest you hire an engineer to advise you on modifications you need to make or to make an estimate whether your real estate has the potential for expansion or remodelling. Minor repairs (moisture, electricity, water, carpentry, etc.) will be done by our partner craftsmen.
