The company Biliškov Nekretnine d.o.o., founded in 1993 by Mrs. Jasminka Biliškov, is synonymous with excellence in real estate brokerage in Croatia. Son Marin is managing operations in Kaštela and Split, and daughter Jasna is managing the office in Zagreb. Our team of more than 20 highly qualified and specialised professionals, together with a network of expert associates — lawyers, architects, mortgage brokers, surveyors, court experts and appraisers, structural engineers, and civil engineers — ensures comprehensive services covering all aspects of real estate transactions.
