EXPOREAL 8-10.10.2012, MUNICH, GERMANY

We exhibited at the 15th traditional Expo Real trade fair held in Munich from 8 - 10.10. The fair was attended by 1700 exhibitors from 31 countries, an increase of 5% compared to last year. The fair was held in 6 halls, a total area of ​​64,000 m2, which was visited by approx. 40,000 visitors from more than 70 countries.

The fair is held parallel to the lectures and panels on the topic of real estate and investments. Croatia also had a lecture on Monday, 8.10. The speakers were Mrs. Stipic Kobali Silva, director of investments at CCC, and mr. Ranilovic, president of the real estate agency association in the CCC. Welcoming remarks were given by the Croatian Ambassador to Germany, Mr.. Miro Smith, Mrs. Vesna Trnokop Tanta, CCC Vice President and Mrs. Milica Rakuša Martulas Director of Commerce at the Chamber of Commerce.

Expo Real trade fair is the most important real estate investment expo for the west and south Europe. Expo Real is the center of all the people that mean something in the world of real estate: banks, developers, real estate agents, consultants, investors ... Croatia has also found its place there, and the traditionally exhibits in the fair for the last ten years.
Croatian representatives under the auspices of the CCC are: Aggemo from Zagreb, Biliskov from Split and Zagreb, from Zagreb Delta Consulting, Hoffman estate from Zadar, HPB estate, Kastel from Zagreb and Primorsko Goranska County. In addition to real estate agencies, CCC exhibited with an exhibition of the BECROative and Croatian Quality, and they were already becoming a recognizable brand in the international market.

Like the last three years of crisis and investors are still cautious with possible investments in Croatia, but it is certainly a positive look at the upcoming Croatian accession to the EU, and all together we hope that after this moment, the investment rate will have an upward trend.
The focus of foreign investors who have visited the Croatian stand is still the problem of slow administration in solving the necessary permits.
There were a lot of inquiries for investing in renewable energy, the promotion of tourism and extending the tourist season. However the land in tourism zonesand the project are too expensive and unsustainable under existing conditions.
It should be emphasized great effort CCC, which this year enabled the Croatian exhibitors to present themselves at the highest level, with respect to the stand size (approx. 150 m2) and equipment, which in any one segment did not lagged behind Germany, France, Russia. ..
